    为探明不同品种金槐米代谢组学的差异,该研究利用液相色谱与质谱联用仪(LC-MS)对4种不同品种金槐米(金槐J3为早熟、金槐J2和金槐J4为中熟、金槐J6为晚熟)的代谢物进行了测定。结果表明,金槐米中测定的代谢物共有1 135个化合物,632个为差异代谢物;4种不同品种金槐米共有62个重复差异代谢物,主要为脂质和类脂分子(占被注释到化合物百分比30%)、有机杂环化合物(占被注释到化合物百分比23.33%)、有机酸及其衍生物(占被注释到化合物百分比20%)、有机含氧化合物(占被注释到化合物百分比10%)、苯丙素类化合物(各占被注释到化合物百分比10%)、生物碱和衍生物(占被注释到化合物百分比6.67%)等6大类物质;差异代谢物主要在苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸和色氨酸生物合成通路富集显著;4类金槐米均富含芦丁、槲皮苷,基于黄酮类化合物聚类分析显示,金槐J6和金槐J3各为单独一组,金槐J2和金槐J4为一组;金槐米含有丰富的代谢物,早熟和中熟金槐米代谢物组成相似度高,晚熟金槐米代谢物组成与其他两类差异明显,差异代谢物主要集中在芳香族氨基酸的生物合成通路。研究结果可为金槐米种质资源的合理开发和利用提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to uncover the differences in metabonomics among the different varieties of Sophora japonica ‘Jinhuai’, the metabolites of four varieties of S. japonica (‘Jinhuai’ from early maturity variety (Jinhuai J3), mid-maturity variety (Jinhuai j2 and Jinhuai J4), and late-maturity variety (Jinhuai J6)) were determined using liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LCMS). The results showed that there were 1 135 metabolites in S. japonica ‘Jinhuai’, with 632 being differential metabolites. There are 62 repetitive and differential metabolites in the four different varieties of S. japonica ‘Jinhuai’, which were mainly six kinds of substances i.e. lipids and lipid-like molecules (30% of annotated compounds), organic heterocyclic compounds (23.33% of annotated compounds), organic acids and their derivatives (20% of annotated compounds), organic oxygen-containing compounds (10% of annotated compounds), phenylpropanoids (10% of annotated compounds), and alkaloids and derivatives (6.67% of annotated compounds). Differential metabolites are mainly enriched in phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthetic pathways; the four kinds of S. japonica ‘Jinhuai’ were rich in rutin and quercitrin. Based on the cluster analysis of flavonoids, Jinhuai J6 and Jinhuai J3 were separate groups, whilst Jinhuai J2 and Jinhuai J4 clustered together as a group. S. japonica ‘Jinhuai’ was rich in metabolites, and the metabolite compositions of early-maturing and mid-maturing varieties were highly similar, whereas, the metabolites of latematuring variety differed significantly from the other two types in metabolite composition, with the different metabolites being mainly concentrated in the biosynthesis pathway of aromatic amino acids. The research results can provide references for the rational development and utilization of S. japonica ‘Jinhuai’ germplasm resources.
